Historic Hotel Savoy Prague achieves impressive results with RevControl
The historic Hotel Savoy Prague has reached fantastic results using our revenue management solution. In just a few months, the hotel significantly increased its Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, and total revenue, all without expanding its team.
Located in the quiet and elegant Pohořelec district, just steps away from Prague Castle, Hotel Savoy Prague is a five-star boutique hotel known for its rich history and charm. Despite being situated in a popular tourist area, the district is not typically selected for overnight stays, which has long presented a unique challenge in terms of occupancy and revenue management. As part of the Expandia Hotel Group, which has ambitions for further expansion, the hotel needed a reliable and scalable solution for centralized revenue management.
To support this project, we partnered with Hedvika from ASW Systems, a well-known Protel PMS reseller in the region. ASW Systems recognized the value RevControl could bring to their clients and decided to add our RMS to their portfolio.

Implementation
The team at Hotel Savoy Prague faced a combination of tough challenges. Their location, while attractive, is less frequently chosen for accommodation. They also operate in a highly competitive premium hotel market in Prague. Additionally, they needed to boost performance metrics (ADR, occupancy, and room revenue) without expanding their revenue team. RevControl offered the perfect solution to meet all these needs.
The hotel opted for RevControl due to its automatic price recommendations tailored to real-time demand, data-driven forecasting, competitive rate monitoring, and its ability to save time by reducing manual tasks. Equally important was its capacity to instantly synchronize rates across all channels, ensuring pricing accuracy and responsiveness.
Implementation began in January 2025, starting with a thorough audit and adjustment of the data structure within their Protel PMS. In February, the system was calibrated and tested for price elasticity, and two-way communication was set up. By April, RevControl was fully operational.
