Why this new tool?
The Revenue Forecast Tool has been developed to present your forecast insights in a clear and flexible way. You can easily compare key performance indicators such as Revenue, Room Nights, ADR, and RevPAR. With the Columns function, you decide which data you want to display, ensuring the report always matches your specific needs. Using the switch at the top right, you can choose whether to view the results by day or by month. Naturally, the report can also be exported to Excel, making it easy to share or further analyze the data.
What makes the Revenue Forecast Tool especially convenient is that you can also calculate your own revenue forecast. Simply enter your expected ADR and, if desired, adjust the calculated Forecast. RevControl will then automatically calculate the projected revenue for you. This gives you even more control over your future performance and makes it easy to test different scenarios.
