# RevControl
> RevControl is a revenue management system (RMS) for the hospitality industry, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. It uses dynamic pricing, competitor rate shopping, and automated rate publishing to increase revenue for hotels, hostels, holiday parks, campsites, and serviced apartments. More than 675 properties in 24 countries use RevControl. It integrates directly with PMS and channel manager systems such as Cloudbeds, Mews, SiteMinder, Opera Cloud, RoomRaccoon, Guestline, protel, and 40+ others.
RevControl helps revenue managers and hotel owners set the right room rate for every day, up to 365 days ahead, by combining their own historical and forecasted data (Business on the Books) with live competitor rate data. Rate recommendations can be accepted manually, published automatically, or a hybrid of both.
